Kayleigh joined Ryder in 2017 after graduating from Newcastle University where her thesis revolved around a trip to Zanzibar working with Sustainable East Africa on a live build community project. Kayleigh has also been involved in other charitable schemes with Article 25: Newcastle Student Chapter, Placed and Redfern’s Museum. During her studies and year out, Kayleigh worked on a variety of residential and commercial projects and believes that architecture must have a social responsibility, prioritising users above all else. Kayleigh enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading fantasy fiction and going to music festivals.
