Annelise graduated with a history of art degree from the Courtauld Institute of Art in 2012 before joining the world of architecture. Prior to joining Ryder in 2017 she worked for Foster, KPF and Gensler. Annelise provides strategic input through stakeholder engagement, data analysis, change management and research in a range of sectors. Her key interest is how the physical environment influences people’s behaviour and wellbeing. Outside of work, Annelise can be found driving in the countryside, enjoying a good pub lunch or fussing over her cat, Monty.
