Ryder’s competition winning masterplan extends the existing town centre into a new, vibrant and sustainable development that will add to the facilities, image and economy of the Tees Valley. It exploits its south facing riverside location and allows the existing town centre to extend through it to link to and enjoy its riverside, which is deliverable by the development joint venture partners over 10-15 years.
