Architect

James joined Ryder as a designer in 2020 after graduating with a master’s degree in architecture from the University of Sheffield.  Whilst at university, James was president of the architecture society.  He has previous experience in higher education design and, after researching the potential challenges facing modular housing in the UK, an interest in modern methods of construction.  Outside of work, James is an avid vinyl collector and is trying to improve both his DJ and martial art skills – but not at the same time!
