Comprising 66 affordable homes split between three buildings, Future Homes is an innovative and high quality social housing development located in the urban core of Newcastle city centre as part of the landmark Helix regeneration area.
The project has been developed in collaboration with the Future Homes Partnership, a community interest company established by Newcastle University and Karbon Homes, who will deliver the project.
The design was developed through an extensive co design and engagement process with a broad range of stakeholders, creating a unique, sustainable and adaptable development which challenges the notion of what affordable housing can be.
