Lois joined Ryder in 2022. Since graduating from Manchester School of Architecture in 2021, she gained experience at a multidisciplinary practice working on large scale further education and residential projects using modern methods of construction. She is passionate about inclusive architecture that improves lives. In her spare time, Lois enjoys playing netball, fitness and cooking.
