Sean Bignold

Architectural Director

Sean joined Ryder in 2022.  He studied architecture at Liverpool University before moving to Berlin and completing his diploma at the Weißensee Kunsthochschule Berlin.  Sean enjoys the experimentation involved in designing and realising buildings. He is an enthusiastic proponent of advanced materials and modern methods of construction and has a diverse portfolio of projects ranging in scale from 103 Colmore Row to the Stow-Away Aparthotel. Out of the office, Sean is happiest spending time with his family at the beach or hurtling down steep inclines, either on his bike or on skis, depending on conditions.
