Sophie Lightfoot

Sophie joined Ryder in 2022.  After graduating from Liverpool John Moores University in 2016, Sophie gained experience working for a health and safety consultancy and attained her NEBOSH General Certificate in 2021. She is now working towards her NEBOSH Fire Safety Certificate.  Outside of work, Sophie enjoys anything active from hot yoga to paddle boarding, attending music festivals, and watching Formula One.
