Tom Assal

Tom has worked in the construction industry for a decade, across sectors including commercial, residential and defence. Tom’s experience in the defence sector combines the delivery of numerous projects from concept to completion, including net zero carbon accommodation blocks. A common thread for Tom is his rational and structured approach to problem solving, with clear and collaborative communication skills. Tom studied at the University of West of England where he gained a bachelor of science degree. Tom began his career in London, where he completed a number of high end residential projects and work on listed buildings, before moving back to Bristol. Outside of work, Tom enjoys travelling with his family, playing rugby, and stepping into the role of coach for his son’s rugby team.
