Meeting MODA’s criteria of exclusivity as the UK’s number 1 build to rent brand, the scheme offers a 24 hour concierge, gym, cinema, private dining, lounge, collaborative work space and a rooftop sports pitch – the first of its kind in a residential building in the UK.
Ryder were brought in from RIBA Stage 3 to develop the unit types and to provide replicable brand standards for MODA projects across the UK. We undertook a full technical review of the original proposals to maximise value by instilling standardisation of apartment layouts and bathroom, ensuite and kitchen types without altering the architectural concept and integrity.
