Hawkins and George Build to Rent was delivered in collaboration with Grainger, which included refinement of initial proposals to deliver a robust, market facing scheme for 194 long term rental dwellings within Finzels Reach mixed use development.

Open plan apartments maximise space, with each of the studio, one and two bed apartments having access to a range of communal facilities, including a residents’ lounge, a rooftop terrace as well as free Wi-Fi and fibre optics as standard.

The ground floor of Hawkins Lane also includes three retail / commercial units which assist in creating the all important vibrancy of this city centre mixed use development.
