Located in an urban open space, the building has been carefully designed to sit within the landscaping, focused on improving the biodiversity through the communal garden design.

The home consists of clusters of six to eight bedrooms with associated amenities and support spaces over three floors.

Destination spaces are spread throughout the home with activities to keep residents active, including a spa, gym, library, cinema, external gardens and upper floor terraces for those who may be otherwise unable to leave their home.

This creates a high quality, hotel style environment combined with covert medical assistance, making it easier for residents to identify and orientate themselves comfortably.
