The scheme provides 16 units, four are intermediate housing and 4 are open market. The units include a mix of studio apartments with one, two and three bedrooms.

Formerly occupied by a 1960s post office building and built on a second world bomb site, the design proposals respond to the typology, scale and rhythm of the Victorian street, with traditional brickwork and an asymmetrically curved metal roof.

All designs are in accordance with HCA Design and Quality Standards and to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4.
