Elaine Neish

Elaine has gained over a decade of experience in a variety of scales and complexities of healthcare projects, within both public and private healthcare realms. Her experience ranges from departmental refurbishments to large scale new build complex healthcare projects. In particular, Elaine has a keen interest in the engagement process. She strives to take initiative on projects to enable participatory involvement to navigate the user engagement process to meet the brief, the user’s requirements as well as all technical regulations required in complex facilities. Outside of work, Elaine enjoys cycling and organises and plays in a dodgeball team.
