Two wings served by a central core accommodated over seven floors, the building construction houses meeting spaces, amenities, ancillary accommodation and a social hub. Split between offices and laboratories, the building design provides high levels of functionality in an uplifting environment.

The building design is on a modular basis, placing emphasis on supporting the development of a cluster. This approach offers flexibility to the space, allowing seamless adaptation to the ever evolving requirements of current and future occupants. In doing so, it contributes to the growth of a new generation of businesses and facilitates the expansion of science within the area.
